"Auralux is real-time strategy in its purest form... It's simple. It's elegant. It's slow and engrossing." – Kotaku

"Auralux is a success. It distills the real-time-strategy game to its purest form." - The A.V. Club

"The later game introduces some very interesting mechanics though, such as black holes, gamma ray bursts, and orbiting planets... There is something for everyone." – Techgage

I would have given this a 4 star because (so far) they haven't included Orion but it just wouldn't be very fair to the game. Wardrum has developed a great RTS. Very simple to learn the basics yet very challenging as you get to higher levels. Have not tried the multiplayer mode yet but I expect it to be even more challenging! Great job making this game! Still love it. Wish versus worked though!

I played this game ages ago and loved it. I've revisited it, and I don't know what they changed, but the controls have gotten to be pretty much unusable. When I have units selected and try to target a sun, most of the time it just changes my selection, and it takes about three tries to get what I select to move where I want them to go. In the past, I got through almost the whole game, beating most of the insane levels, but now I'm so hobbled, I often lose easy levels to stupid control problems.

Game is still great but the tap and hold to move is super glitchy please allow us to turn it off. What happens is I attempt to tap a planet and it thinks I am tapping and holding to move. Then I can't select the planets units. And if I click elsewhere I move way off map and waste a lot of time to get back. Also if I have units selected and I am trying to click someplace to move them to or attack it thinks I am tapping and holding to move and doesn't click. I can tap several times with no success

* Multiplayer improvements! Better performance and fixed a matchmaking bug
* Units will now flow around suns, make the game feel more realistic
